What is compared. Twelve workloads (the bundled sample, four generated datasets, the hand-authored boundary workload, under thread counts from 1 to 16 and different quantum and overhead values) are re-simulated in this browser by engine.js. Every per-request row and every summary row is then compared field by field with the CSV files that the C++ simulator wrote for the same configuration. The reference CSVs are stored as plain text in oracle_bundle.js and are never modified here.

Scenario requests threads quantum (s) overhead (s) schedulers rows compared max deviation result
Why small deviations are expected

The command-line simulator writes times with four decimal places. Any difference smaller than 5e-5 therefore comes from that rounding step rather than from a different result. The check accepts a row when the deviation stays inside that rounding unit and flags anything larger.
